Which Would You Choose? College Grad Gift

My husband's brother is graduating from college. I want to get him a gift to send him out into the work force prepared. My husband thinks that every gift for a man should include a knife. Because I am convinced that not every man needs 100 knifes I am trying to find a creative compromise. Here is what I have found so far:
